We put a lot of heart into what we do and every creation is made with the thought that we would be happy to receive it ourselves.
Here are some guidelines to help you before you order your flowers.
– It’s as simple as A,B,C
A – Choose your flowers options
B- Fill up the check out form, here you will be able to choose the delivery date, write a note for the recipient and key in address and contact details.
C- Make the payment
– All prices on our website are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
– All our online transactions are secured & processed via Stripe.
Delivery is included in the price.
If there is no one home or at the location, the courier will notify the recipient and place the bouquet safely at the front or back door.
All our creations are made to order. There is a strict no cancellation policy once order has been made. Please make sure contact details and address are correct and that the recipient will be in town before placing your order.
If there is an issue with the quality of your item please contact us immediately. Describe the problem and send us a picture so that we can come to a fair solution.
Please note that deliveries are suspended while we are travelling.
You are also free to put your subscription on hold while you are away.
